    Pure elegance, beautiful building, blend of old and new. Staff service & friendliness (not always a staple of Italian hotels) more than up to international standard. They upgraded us to a superior suite with the largest terrace in the hotel and a marvelous view at no extra charge. Breakfast buffet left no questions unanswered.

    Gym & spa facilities not outstanding, shower a bit small, but neither a big issue.

    Thanks very much for the wonderful stay, no complaints whatsoever. The staff is truly wonderful here, the services are excellent, and location is amazing just next door to the taste of kumquats as well as many shops. The rooms are new-fashioned and airy with the balcony, the garden, the best views. Hot dishes can be found in the traditional restaurant.

    Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

    Amazing views and fine gardens 🌺

    Waking up to that fine sea view was unreal, and the gardens had such a magical vibe, perfect for chilling. Every brekkie was a feast, fresh pastries and proper coffee! The staff were super friendly, like old mates at the check-in.

    The hotel has an excellent location and is a quiet oasis in a busy town. The building itself is stunningly beautiful and the rooms and furnishings are what you would expect from a five star hotel. The cloistered courtyards are very relaxing and the staff were friendly and attentive without being a nuisance.

    The areas around the pool are a little limited so getting loungers for a family cannot be guaranteed. The prices for food and drink especially by the pool felt high and the choices were limited. It felt as though the pricing was deliberately predatory e.g. €29 for a club sandwich or €38 for a buffet by the pool, so for a family of four that is a c €180 light lunch. The ambience there did not justify that and there should be a lighter option. That said, the service is excellent and the location stunning. It is not so much about the money as simply the lack of a genuine light option. The hotel should also provide free wi-fi given the basic cost of accomodation.

    Had a lovely time soaking up the sun by the beautiful swimming pool and enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. The space and decor in our Sea View Beautiful King Room were fantastic, which really added to our experience. The only downside was that some room amenities could've been a bit better, but it didn't take away from our stay. 🌞

    -Amazing place:building, garden and rooms. We were upgraded to a Junior suite with terrace.

    - Wifi and internet (even in the public PCs by the restaurant) are not free which is not acceptable after paying more than eur300 per night. Breakfast can be improved.
